**Orleans Toyota** is recruiting a **Full-Time Bilingual** Receptionist

Hours of position: 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday

Hourly Wage: $18.00 - $19.50

**Job Duties**: greeting customers, answering telephones, filing, printing reports, ensuring that the document center and coffee area are fully stocked, verifying documents, data entry, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluenty Bilingual in French and English (required)**:

- Previous experience in administration or as a receptionist (Asset)
- Understands the use of computer software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail
- High level of organization

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and employees must wear masks in all public areas and complete screening questionnaire prior to entering service area. Valets to disinfect vehicles upon arrival and departure. Common surface areas disinfected regularly.
