As a Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth and profitability by acquiring new customers and managing existing customers. You will be expected to work autonomously, spending most of your time on the road visiting clients and prospects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Sell new and existing equipment and products
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and services
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management about market trends, customer needs,
and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the heavy machine industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Having experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Business Central - an advantage)
- Must have a valid driver's license (the vehicle is provided by the company)
