We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment London.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving parts sales growth and providing exceptional customer support within their assigned territory. They will be expected to service existing accounts, prospect and assess the territory for potential new customers, promote and sell represented product lines, prepare quotations, and process orders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts and ensure effective and continuous customer communication/interaction.
  • Prospect and assess territory for potential new customers.
  • Promote and sell represented product lines throughout the territory.
  • Prepare quotations for customers and follow up on sales.
  • Organize parts delivery (and deliver when required).
  • Support credit control by tracking and collecting customer receivables.
  • Acquire and update customer information to ensure an up-to-date customer database.
  • Establish a visit plan and schedule weekly.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong sales and customer service skills, and a strong understanding of sales processes. You should also be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to plan and execute assignments with general guidelines.

**Experience:**

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Customer Service Representative role or a related position is required. Experience using MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software are also essential. Previous exposure to a heavy equipment work environment is preferred.

**Travel Expectations:**

This role requires approximately 80-100% travel between JJE branch and clients, visiting warehouses, factories, and worksites.
