**Key Account Manager, Partner Clients**

**Location**:Toronto HO

**Role Overview**:Our award-winning agribusiness is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and integrated business planning with our top-tier Partner Client accounts (leading brands in the pickles/preserved vegetable space and multinational organizations). You will be responsible for managing external client relationships and collaborating with our cross-functional team to support forecast attainment, growth targets, and new business development.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as a service-oriented partner
- Prepare, negotiate and present offers/supply agreements to achieve forecast and business goals
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and log customer activities in CRM/project management tools
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- Build relationships with customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners in the agri-food industry
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize, execute and track results against forecast to achieve growth targets
- Coordinate sales activities across internal teams (supply chain, finance, quality, etc.)
- Resolve customer issues while protecting company interests
- Report on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or food science (preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management or brand management
- 2+ years of CPG or relevant industry experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional/multicultural teams
- Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high ambiguity
- Strong project management, problem-solving and strategic planning skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude, curiosity, and ability to execute sales plans
- Willingness to travel occasionally outside local area and/or overnight (including to the USA)
