OTT Pay is a professional financial technology and smart payment platform, which has recently completed its Series D funding. In order to accelerate the listing on NASDAQ, we are looking for industry experts to join us in some key positions.
OTT Pay provides high-quality one-stop services to nearly **10,000 merchants** within Canada, including aggregated digital payment services, value-added marketing services, and e-commerce services through our platforms.
We are looking for a** Key Accounts Manage**r to support our business growth in Canada and our launch into the U.S. This is a full-time position.

**_ How you will _**_contribute:_**
- Responsible for contacting, negotiating, and conducting strategic account management activities with some existing key accounts (major retailers or distributors) to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with key accounts, understand customer needs, and provide professional solutions.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives and performance indicators.
- Conduct market research to understand market dynamics and competitors, provide data support for sales strategies and plans.
- Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and sales forecasts, and track sales performance in a timely manner.
- Participate in customer contract negotiations, ensure contract terms align with company interests and policies, and manage contract signing and administration.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and building long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor and assess client feedback and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and offerings in the local market.
- Demonstrate expertise in payment sales, including knowledge of payment processing solutions, pricing models, and industry regulations.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the payment industry, leveraging existing relationships and market insights.
- Collaborate with payment partners and vendors to develop joint sales strategies and expand payment-related offerings to key accounts.
- Stay updated with the latest payment industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the company's leadership team.
**_ What you bring to the _**_table:_**
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, sales management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of provable experience in managing key accounts and acquiring new key accounts, within merchant acquisition or payment solutions.
- Experienced working in a Fintech startup
- In-depth knowledge and experience in payment sales, including payment processing solutions, pricing models, and industry regulations.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the payment industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the payment sales domain.
- Excellent sales skills and negotiation ability, able to establish good relationships with customers.
- Strong market analysis, sales planning, and sales data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties.
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure, maintaining a positive sales attitude in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in using office software and sales management tools.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, fluency in French will be an asset
