**Duties**:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health and dental insurance, individual insurance and other benefits.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in insurance carrier portals.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate benefit plan contracts and rates.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and or claims to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in benefit regulations.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in word and excel required.
- Prior group insurance experience an asset.
- Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate benefit information to employees.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in benefit administration.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
