Client Care Administrator - UROSPOT

WHO YOU ARE

As the Client Care Administrator, you are the first face to our clients. Using your receptionist experience in health, wellness or hospitality, you will welcome our clients, make them feel comfortable, help turn potential clients into clients, run the daily schedule, handling billings and be the organizer extraordinaire that keeps the day running smoothly.

You know your interactions with clients help establish our brand in their mind. “Love is in the details” is how you live your life. Surprising and delighting others makes your day. You have an infectious personality, a polished and professional image, and a warm manner. You know how to build relationships with people. You have impeccable listening skill and an empathetic heart. People want to talk to you.

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
