We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Toronto office, who will be responsible for driving new sales growth and contributing to the overall growth of a completely new business offering called ARMS.

ARMS operates like a startup within HHA and is in its earliest days of growth. This means you’ll have the opportunity to both build and then execute the sales strategy working with a lean team to help take the business from zero to one over the next year. We’ll look to you to establish a client list, prospect our existing list of customers and build out new markets for ARMS to succeed.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets, while building strong relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities.
- Build out tooling to support your sales effort.
- Identify new business prospects and initiate contact with potential clients through various means, including networking events, referrals, social media, and cold-calling.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of our services and products.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity, including sales pipeline and revenue forecasting.
- University degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience preferably in a consulting or engineering environment.
- Experience working with and setting up sales tools and techniques, including CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. (A strong preference will be shown towards those who are tech savvy.)
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to work independently and leverage internal resources to find leads and close deals.
