**AIC Office Management Coordinator**

Contract Part-Time position (22.5/h per week) until March 31, 2025

Hourly wage $28 + Benefits

**Invest** **WindsorEssex’s Automobility and Innovation Department **is seeking an Office Management **Coordinator** to provide critical support in organizing, coordinating and carrying out office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Support all work activities in the Windsor-Essex Regional Technology Development Site under the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network that IWE operates, including but not limited to:

- Event coordination for hosted activities
- Meeting coordination and room bookings for clients and program managers
- Assisting with receipt of invoices, verification, obtaining authorizations
- Preparing expense reporting, obtaining signatures, coordinating payments
- Maintaining complete and accurate reporting records
- Act as a first point of contact for all clients, guests, staff, and visitors to the Automobility and Innovation Centre, and provide administrative support as required
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly and adequate supplies are available
- Act as department lead for health and safety regulations

**Educational/Skills**
- College Diploma in Office Administration or other relevant education
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Office Administration
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Extremely flexible to function in a continuously demanding and dynamic environment
- Must be resourceful in order to act on demands and resolve problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals
- Demonstrate professionalism, good judgement, tact, diplomacy and discretion
- Excellent organization and time management skills, analytical and systematic with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Develop protocols for modernization of business processes and identify new technologies to enhance workflow (electronic signatures, modernization of policies, phone systems, etc.)
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Optional skills**
- First Aid Certificate or CPR Training
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
- Experience with government reporting processes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour
