Condo Property Manager-Licensed

Qualifications for Property Managers on our team are as follows:

MUST be Licensed through CMRAO Minimum - years experience in managing condo properties. Property Management designation preferred but not RCM;  Strong organizational and negotiating skills, excellent business management skills and strong analytical and problem solving skills.  Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
