Receptionist/ Customer Service Coordinator

Our reception is the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers and as such, you will be a key part in creating a positive first impression of our business, maintain our outstanding customer service record, and help foster a positive energy in the sales office.

**Job Duties Include but are not limited to**:
- Welcoming all visitors in a professional, timely and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forwarding to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Take and deliver messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Maintain an accurate telephone call log and track and maintain an accurate log of new sales leads.
- Take payments for trailers, parts, and services in a professional manner both in person and over the telephone.
- Ensure all appropriate paperwork is completed for the purchase of trailers prior to customers leaving the office.
- Day end duties which include cashing out and balancing money collected for the day, settling credit card payments/payments, writing up cash/cheque deposit and daily bank deposit.
- Maintain office equipment IE., copier machines; send faxes, and distribute incoming faxes.
- Performs clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and accurate data entry into the CRM and spreadsheets.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and show room area, ensuring showroom is tidy and clutter free.
- Keep coffee station tidy and well stocked for employees and guests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
Competitive wages based on experience: $36,000 - $43,000.00 annually
