We're seeking a highly skilled and team-driven Marketing Brand Manager to join our journey and play a pivotal role in leading and implementing Procurify's overall corporate brand strategy.
This role requires a deep understanding of our market and perfect buyer, as well as the ability to develop brand awareness and communications programs that amplify and exploit our promise to help organizations manage spend better. The ideal candidate will be market-aware, customer-driven, and awareness-focused, with a proven track record of building corporate marketing programs that align with the overall go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our corporate marketing team and strategy to drive brand awareness at scale
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to define, understand, and execute the overall marketing strategy and playbook
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate marketing playbook to support incredible business growth – focusing on awareness, acquisition, and retention
- Build and manage the marketing calendar to support team alignment, planning, and execution
- Create high-value brand programs and moments that resonate with the perfect-buyer – building awareness and engagement across various buyer channels
- Collaborate with other teams across the company to identify, develop, and execute corporate marketing strategies to support specific goals
- Develop and support the creation of various marketing materials, including website content, brochures, white papers, webinars, videos, ads, newsletters, customer stories, articles, and press releases
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of our marketing and client communications initiatives – making recommendations to improve based on insights, best practices, and experience
- Build trust and awareness in the Procurify brand by deeply understanding our buyers and creating brand moments that address their pain points
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in high-growth marketing, preferably with a SaaS or B2B company
- Strong corporate and brand marketing experience with the ability to lead teams and projects
- Outstanding written communication and relationship-building abilities
- Positive and open-minded with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Team player aligned with organizational objectives while working as an individual contributor
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact content marketing activities, and keep projects moving forward
