**Who You Are**

We are currently seeking a **Junior Account Executive** to join our Wholesale Sales team to help us accelerate our sales growth in the health and wellness space driving sales in new and existing accounts. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to make an impact by positioning our product to our customer base, building lasting relationships, and seeking out net new business. You truly enjoy connecting with wellness business owners and buyers and are driven by achieving goals. The **Junior Account Executive** reports to the **Director, Wholesale Sales** working closely with the Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Marketing teams.

**Scope**
- Conduct business with a positive, brand first approach (internally and externally)
- Be a productive member of the sales team: conduct business with professionalism, thorough and thoughtful communication, and prompt response times
- Manage accounts and a large customer base independently
- Problem solve, understand impact, identify root case, determine resolution and make recommendations

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for selling products and services to accounts by implementing approved sales strategies
- Work collaboratively with a team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
- Analyze sales, present line to buyers and create assortment plans
- Communicate with accounts on an ongoing basis regarding current and future state of business (monthly/weekly/daily)
- Gather information on assigned clients and create a custom sales strategy by account or prospect
- Prepare weekly recaps that include updated reporting on sales to goal and an overview of opportunities and challenges including any relevant and available selling reports
- Provide after-sales support to retail customers (including product knowledge seminars, in studio events, and count and fill check ins)
- Oversee order confirmation/shipping/charge backs
- Keep abreast of competitive selling information
- Utilize company call sheet and CRM tools to keep track of client communications
- Support key accounts as needed
- Distribute marketing and product knowledge materials and track effectiveness. Provide feedback on ways we can improve materials
- Liaise with marketing team to support CRM related events and other activations

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in customer satisfaction and/or relevant sales role
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Prefer, but not limited to, a yoga/meditation/athletic background
- Experience with CRM software a plus
- Proven ability to successfully interact with all management levels
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of retail math

- A motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude
- Experience with CIN7 or CRM software would be a plus
- Fluent with Excel and Google Suite
- Genuine interest and passion for yoga/meditation/wellness
