**Position Summary**

We are looking for an Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging new customers. The Account Executive will strategically develop growth opportunities within targeted accounts, establish meaningful relationships, and represent the company promoting MEDLOG services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive profit (margin) through effective negotiation.
- Provide full cycle customer service from contract to delivery: Understand the customers shipping needs, negotiate rates, contract carriers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain the flow of business information with a sense of urgency.
- Manage your own book of business; be both available and accountable to your customers.
- Ability to implement strategies for maximizing sales and profits within your sales region.

**Qualifications and Competencies**

All MEDLOG Canada employees are expected to exhibit the MSC Values, striving to drive customer centric results in all interactions with colleagues and customers alike.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ working in freight operations and have dedicated customers for running to US and Canada wide is an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Well-organized and self-motivated
- Detail oriented while handling multiple tasks
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Results oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Bilingual (English and French), an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
