As the account executive, you will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals, by playing an active role in the sales team.

At Axya, the Account Executive will:
[30%] Lead generation / prospection:

- Define and execute sales strategies, grow revenues and expand the accounts in Quebec.
- Generate outbound leads (alone and in collaboration with the sales development and marketing teams) and push them through the pipeline

[60%] Opportunity management:

- Work with all the departments to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies
- Develop executive level relationships with clients to advance sales opportunities and client relationships
- Effectively and accurately manage forecasting and pipeline reporting

[10%] Retention management:

- Maximize client retention and upsell
- Design strategies to drive cross-sell and additional business sales revenue

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales
- Exceptional communication (french & english) and negotiation skills with a calm approach while managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Love to experiment and think outside of the box in a fast moving environment.
- Show resilience when encountering problems.

En tant que chargé de compte, vous nous aiderez à atteindre nos objectifs de croissance ambitieux, en jouant un rôle actif dans l'équipe de vente.

**Chez Axya, le chargé de compte devra**:
[30%] Génération de leads / prospection:

- Définir et exécuter des stratégies de vente, accroître les revenus et développer les comptes au Québec.
- Générer des leads sortants (seul et en collaboration avec les équipes de développement des ventes et de marketing) et les pousser dans le pipeline.
- S'engager dans des appels à froid et des campagnes par courriel.

[60%] Gestion des opportunités:

- Travailler avec tous les départements pour maximiser les opportunités et favoriser des stratégies de vente cohérentes.
- Développer des relations de niveau exécutif avec les clients pour faire progresser les opportunités de vente et les relations avec les clients.
- Gérer efficacement et avec précision les prévisions et les rapports sur le pipeline.

[10%] Gestion de la fidélisation:

- Maximiser la rétention des clients et la vente incitative
- Concevoir des stratégies pour générer des ventes croisées et des revenus supplémentaires.

**Exigences**
- Minimum d'un an d'expérience dans la vente
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (français et anglais) et à la négociation, avec une approche calme pour gérer les intervenants internes et externes.
- Vous devez être autonome et capable de faire avancer les projets, de prioriser les tâches et de respecter les délais.
- Vous aimez expérimenter et sortir des sentiers battus dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Faire preuve de résilience face aux problèmes.
