This position will provide a flexible hybrid schedule (not fully remote), with a minimum one day a week in our corporate office in North Vancouver.

**Key responsibilities of this role are**:
Develops strategies to optimize the experience of online traffic to the BlueShore Financial website, including personalizing and tailoring content to tell the brand story and highlighting products/services to the target consumer and business markets.
Supports broader integrated advertising and promotional campaigns, by developing and managing digital brand, product and service marketing campaigns and programs to raise awareness, consideration, purchase and trial. Knowledge of a wide range of techniques, including search engine optimization (SEO), user experience (UX), conversation rate optimization (CRO), paid marketing channels, and more.
Supports the creation and optimization of relevant, engaging digital experiences to interact effectively with defined target market segments through all online and digital channels, adapting and optimizing existing content and curating third-party content; works closely with the creative team and campaign managers to align content, visual, video and multi-media components.
Establishes KPIs, optimizes campaigns and contributes to the analysis, tracking, monitoring and evaluating success of online/digital marketing and communication programs. Works closely with the campaign managers and creative team to adapt content/graphic presentation of web content and online advertising programs for maximum impact and visitor engagement, based on web/online analytics.
Monitors online trends including channels such as SEO, and evaluates and recommends appropriate changes.
Manage web updates including landing page creation, product launches, content and rates on the public website.
Researches and monitors online/digital communications and competitive positioning of other financial services firms; conducts similar monitoring of best practices for other "premium" service brands and experiences.
Supports the management of digital agency relationships, campaign budgets and schedules in collaboration with the campaign manager.
Manages and monitors budgets relating to digital marketing making recommendations to optimize performance in collaboration with campaign manager and agency support.

Qualifications and Experience

5-7 years' related experience executing end-to-end marketing plans through digital media and SEO, to website experience and conversion optimization
University Degree or College Diploma, with additional supporting education/experience in Business, Marketing, Communications
2 years' experience with web content management systems (Drupal an asset)
Demonstrated experience in SEO best practices
Experience with GA4 (Google Looker Studio understanding would be an asset)
Proficient working with digital marketing analytics to adapt and refine online marketing tactics to achieve optimal performance
Digital Marketing Agency experience is an asset
Experience supporting the development of content (text, video, graphics) for the digital channels
Experience working with a creative team on briefs and campaigns
Experience in the Financial Services industry and or ecommerce would be an asset

Pay Transparency

Pay transparency is an important characteristic of our recruitment process and overall BlueShore culture which supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.

The target range of this role is $82,000 - $101,000/year, plus a variable performance bonus. Employment offers are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
