Loyalty Marketing Signage Specialist

**What you will do**:
- Team leadership - demonstrates a commitment to support a positive and collaborative working environment while working with cross functional teams.
- Key internal contact for all Member Pricing signage requirements.
- Production and Project Management - oversight of Signage and POS production and support creative and production tactical briefs; project tracking workbacks, quotes, proofs, ad hoc projects and signage requirements.
- Coordinate with Agency Partners, Loyalty Team and Merchandising Team to generate accurate and timely execution of signage that is customized to each banner’s needs.
- Ensure accurate delivery of quotes and approvals from Agency Partners for each execution.
- Budget tracking/forecasting and reporting accuracy.
- Lead signage production as it relates to weekly and monthly (cycle) Member Pricing offers across multiple banners.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are filling the request form out accurately and on time.
- Consolidate Loyalty and Merchant requests on a weekly basis for print quotes and creative production.
- Create and review store signage elements memos.
- Coordinate with Agency Partners to ensure the upload of final Print Ready PDFs to Retail Operations sites is completed on time.
- Coordinate with Agency Partners for timely production and distribution of ad support to our stores for flyer turnover dates.
- Create and manage an ongoing catalogue of creative templates for each banner and offer type.
**What you have to offer**
- 3-5 years of experience in the print and production industry and or in store marketing experience, retail environment, process and project management, working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation while delivering signage on time and on budget
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Strong Interpersonal skills, adaptable, flexible and dependable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
