The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the team and all marketing programs. Under the guidance of our Marketing Specialist, the Coordinator is also responsible for the execution of social media and point of purchase programs with the goal of reaching potential Customers and driving sales in our stores.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Social Media**
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Company's national Facebook pages and 142 local _Facebook_
- Coordinate posts by using SOCi digital platform, our analytics and management suite for social media and Google reviews.
- Provide Facebook analytics and metrics and recommend appropriate action for stores.
- Develop local Marketing Facebook campaigns and provide weekly Facebook guidance and suggestions to stores.
- Coordinate with merchants to gather samples for social media (Facebook & Instagram) and assist in creation of photography/videos/reels content.

**Grand Openings**
- Coordinate and lead local marketing plans for all store Grand Openings and all related marketing, media (newspaper/radio), and promotional activities.
- Develop and coordinate local Facebook calendar and schedule for Grand Openings.
- Assist stores and DMs with local marketing requests and provide summary of results.

**Point of Purchase (POP)**
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of store signage and act as key liaison with our stores to support their signage needs.
- Coordinate printing, shipping and tracking to ensure stores receive appropriate signage and collateral.
- Create signs for all in-store programs and new programs.

**Administration/Other**
- Support our Marketing Specialist, assisting in day-to-day marketing initiatives and communication.
- Manage marketing calendar and work back schedules to ensure timely and effective execution of local marketing initiatives.
- Respond to questions and requests from the field and assist Stores and DMs with marketing requests.
- Administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- College Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline
- Social analytics tools knowledge (Ads Manager, Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline driven environment.
- Highly energetic, motivated and positive "can do" attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Graphic design skills/experience an asset
