Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Loyalty Promotions to lead Rexall's loyalty merchandising strategy. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional strategies that support the business and vendor partners across in-store, flyer, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes loyalty promotional plans to drive customer engagement and incremental sales
  • Leads the annual loyalty promotional planning and optimization process
  • Collaborates with customer insights and analytics team to monitor results and optimize plans to drive business objectives
  • Manages the loyalty budget and related expenditures and forecasting
  • Acts as an escalation point for all loyalty customer services issues
Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a marketing/retail environment
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial/people development experience
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
