**Capital Services Coordinator (12 month contract)**

Communitech is a hybrid organization headquartered in downtown Kitchener, Ontario. In-person connection is important to us, so we get together regularly for special events, collaboration days and team socials, and we ask our team members to work onsite from our Kitchener facility for a minimum of 2 days/week. We are a flexible, people first environment and want to allow our people to make decisions and choices about where they work to support work life balance within clear guidelines.

Reporting to Manager, Capital Services, Capital Services Coordinator will take on the following:
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Supporting the Manager, Capital Services with intelligent capital collisions (introductions)- Managing logistics for capital events- Supporting Capital AMAs and Know your VC (KYVC) sessions- Briefed.in reports- Pitchbook reports- Connecting Founders with Growth Coaches as appropriate- Surveying our Founders with NPS and tracking relevant metrics for reporting- Ensuring capital marketing collateral is up to date- Attend and take minutes at the Entrepreneur & Commercialization Meeting**Qualifications**:
- Customer Service-focused problem solver- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects- Comfortable and adept at conducting confidential conversations- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.- Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating discussions- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- A proven collaborator, able to develop and foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders- Salesforce experience an asset- Project Management experience an asset
