We are looking for a responsible, talented and organized Parts and Service Coordinator at our Kitchener, ON location. You will take a hands-on role working with multiple teams across the company such as Customer Care, Production, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.

Your primary responsibilities will be to facilitate accurate and timely deliveries of parts/kits/assemblies to field service operations as required while maintaining an orderly inventory with parts stored in multiple locations. Accurate data interpretation and entry is critical to success in this role. Other duties include kit/assembly creation, return parts tracking, and assisting internal teams with general service shop maintenance.

This role is within the Customer Care Organization and reports to the Service Projects Manager.

**Day-to-Day Activities**
- Accurately pick parts from stock against Work Order/Part Request forms
- Process warranty/non warranty documentation accurately
- Support Avidbots and Partners’ technicians with quick, accurate parts deliveries
- Own inventory management, shipments and logistics for the Customer Care department
- Create and maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Solve problems as issues arise, working with all required teams in order to resolve effectively every time
- Monitor and maintain part min/max levels for parts and consumables
- Conduct regular inventory of all serial numbered equipment to maintain accurate equipment inventory tracking

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience working in Warehouse and Logistics environment
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Epicor products preferred
- Basic knowledge of and experience in general shipping and receiving procedures
- Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment, parts and service industry
- Uninhibited ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, reach and grasp
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Customer service experience is a strong asset
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search)

- Experience working with Salesforce and Epicor systems
- Awesome attitude, self-driven and self-motivated; you get things done with a passion for continuously raising the bar
- You work well with diverse groups of people, technical and non-technical, and are able to function independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience working with electronics or electro-mechanical devices
- Data driven individual with strong analytical skills
