Human Resources Coordinator

We are a dynamic company, focused on growth and security. GFL collects and processes waste, recycling and organic materials. We cover North America with over 20,000 employees. We are looking for an energetic and motivated full-time Human Resources Clerk to support our growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Creation of new employees in the HRIS software and do the necessary follow-up regarding the documentation required for new hires
Support the Temporary Foreign Worker Program
Ensuring membership follow-ups for the group RRSP as well as group insurance
Support for the recruitment team in place (resume sorting, job fair, telephone interview, etc.)
Compilation of training for the 1% law
Track seasonal layoffs
Enter invoices into payment software
Produce employment confirmation letters and respond to employment confirmations and reference requests
Be the first point of contact for employees in case of HR related questions
Other related tasks
**Principales responsabilités**:
Création des nouveaux employés dans le logiciel SIRH et faire les suivis nécessaires quant à la documentation requise pour les nouvelles embauche
Soutenez le Programme des travailleurs étrangers temporaires
Assurer les suivis d’adhésion au REER collectif ainsi qu’aux assurances collectives
Compilation de formation pour la loi du 1%.
Effectuer les suivis des périodes de probation pour les employés syndiqués et appliqués les augmentations de salaires relatives.
Effectuer le suivi des mises à pied saisonnières.
Entrer les factures dans le logiciel destiné au paiement.
Produire les lettres de confirmation d’emploi et répondre aux confirmations d’emploi et aux demandes de références.
Être le premier point de contact pour les employés en cas de questions relatives au RH

**Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies**:
Academic training in human resources or 1 year of relevant experience
Good knowledge of Word and Excel
Bilingualism (must have)
Ability to manage several files at the same time
Be autonomous, have good judgment and be organized
**Connaissances, aptitudes et compétences**:
