**Aggregate Sales Manager**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 10+ years’ sales experience including 4+ years of leading a team
- Exposure to construction/aggregate industries will be considered an asset
- Track record of superior performance metrics
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite;
- High standard of ethics, integrity and trust;
- Must be available, when needed, during non-traditional work hours;
- Highly organized with strong time and process management skills.

**Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)**:
Lead the Company’s aggregate sales by
- Setting and achieving strategic sales/logistic objectives/targets,
- Coaching/supporting sales/dispatch team,
- Driving the performance of the sales/dispatch team,
- Managing sales/dispatch recruitment/hiring.
- Accountable for achieving Company’s annual sales targets.
- Accountable for Marine and truck logistics.
- Oversee the sales program on 1000+ accounts across all domestic sales channels and determine ways to penetrate new markets/create new business.
- Provide “on-the-ground” support for sales/dispatch team as they generate leads and close deals.
- Take an active role in the safety of the sales/dispatch team and business as a whole.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies and programs to achieve growth.
- Provide weekly/monthly report of field success and communicate data to GM.
- Manage monthly sales financial reporting as required.
- Provide support to the finance team during financial audits.
- Lead the aggregate administrative/scale personnel ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a form acceptable to Mainland’s finance team
- Lead the Company’s dispatch team ensuring a high level of service is achieved in both truck and marine delivery.
- Oversee/participate in managing the relationships between our key transportation providers and the Company.
- Work with the accounts receivables team to ensure prompt collection and provide support from a sales standpoint when required.
- Liaison with corporate center of excellence to ensure roll out of new initiatives and programs as dictated by the parent company.
- Champion corporate initiatives to ensure buy-in at a granular level.
