**About the Opportunity**
The Administrative Coordinator for the Information Management and Information Technology (IMIT) Department is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication both internally and externally. This role involves assisting with document management, procurement, and inventory tracking, as well as coordinating technical support requests and project activities. Overall, the Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IMIT Department and contributes to the success of IT initiatives within the organization.
