**Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring their comfort during office visits.
- Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating workflow.
- Handling documents related to sales, rentals, and other real estate transactions.
- Maintaining order and a professional atmosphere in the office.
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing reports, archiving, and ordering office supplies.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
