**What will you work on?**

The VP, US Marketing is responsible for developing and executing Spin Master’s business strategies, preparing and implementing comprehensive go to market plans, managing, all in the efforts to facilitate achievement of corporate goals.

**How will you create impact?**
- Brand portfolio management
- Annual go to market plan for Global brands in local market
- Lead market campaign planning execution including accountability for:

- Design and delivery of 360 marketing campaign
- Successful launch of new items in market including assets, reviews, and campaign (supporting global brand playbook)
- Media budget planning media flighting and execution for market
- Market specific external agency relationship management
- Accountable for shopper marketing, including:

- Shopper marketing strategies and planning
- Partnering with U.S. Sales team to deliver retail level activations and achievement of budget targets.
- Development delivery of shopper marketing plans leveraging global assets
- Build and support customer specific sell-in presentations and product exclusive recommendations
- Delivery of country specific TLP goals
- Marketed item tracking along with decisions and action plans
- Monitoring of business health (including brand POS) and market inventory.
- Item and brand input to help inform market forecasts action plans
- Team development, growth, career planning and employee engagement

- Thorough knowledge of Toy industry (or like), including retailer landscape, and market forces that will impact the company
- Familiarity with management best practices

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in or relevant field
