**Job Title: Industrial Refrigeration Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential clients in industries requiring industrial refrigeration (e.g., food processing, cold storage, manufacturing).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and create detailed proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product and Industry Expertise**:

- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of industrial refrigeration equipment, systems, and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate project specifications and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, attend trade shows, and generate leads.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**
- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration or technical sales.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Application Process**

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
