We have an excellent opportunity for a sales representative at our branch in Mississauga, Ontario.

We are looking to employ a highly motivated, dedicated and client-centric senior sales development representative to drive sales. The sales representative's responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company services, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to management. He/She should also be able to resolve client’s complaints in a timely manner.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in Freight Forwarding sales is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Bilingual in Chinese is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Experience in business development is advantageous.
