Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchaser / Administrator to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Source suppliers, negotiate prices and place purchase orders
- Keep purchase order list up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules
- Evaluate vendor proposals and make recommendations based on quality, price, and delivery
- Assist project managers with Admin tasks

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of construction and custom fabrication materials
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing
- Familiarity with purchasing systems and processes
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to fabricate cost-effective purchasing strategies
- Ability to read and do take off from drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
