We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Operations Administration person to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Duties**:

- Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain and update customer profiles and contract pricing in Methapharm databases (typically Microsoft Dynamics and Sharepoint)
- Upload sales orders and sales return orders, ensuring no errors or omissions are encountered
- Prepare shipping documents for international orders (finished goods, research and development items, active pharmaceutical ingredients)
- Responsible for preparing and sending correspondence to customer
- Prepare requested reports, typically using Excel, Word, or Powerpoint
- Prepare and launch purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics
- Coordinate and receive incoming shipments of finished goods, medical devices and accessories, and other associated goods
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Bilingual (English/French) both oral and written
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Independent team player who can manage multiple priorities, yet not afraid to reach out for assistance when needed
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues located at other locations, using products such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
- Above-average written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems would be a definite asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
