We require the talent of a **Manpower Scheduling Administrator** **to join our team. This position will be responsible for administration of the Brantford Production, Maintenance and Support departments by supporting activities related to scheduling, vacation, training, record maintenance and organization of meetings and mail.

**How you will make contributions that matter**:
**Workforce Schedule & Related Activities**
- Maintain and distribute a weekly schedule of the workforce using departmental inputs related to onboarding, offboarding, vacation, modified duties, and leaves of absence for employee group of 200 employees.
- Facilitate and maintain activities related to internal job postings as required by the Collective Agreement
- Organize, maintain, and update records related to workforce vacation on an annual and monthly basis.
- Maintain on the job training qualifications related to internal job postings and update records for overtime as required by the Collective Agreement

**Production and Maintenance Support**
- Manage and maintain information for the administration of employee lockers
- Ensure availability of supplies and audit sheets for operator daily checks and maintain records as required by Department owners
- Maintain and update required reports and tracking of relevant information for workforce needs.

**General Office Support**
- Coordinate mailings, courier, etc and deliveries / visitors
- Maintain office meeting spaces in a professional manner
- Organize and facilitate meals and hotels for office events and visitors

**You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications**:

- Previous experience within Office Administration or Customer Service within Manufacturing, with an understanding of scheduling and record maintenance an asset
- Attention to detail and organizational skills with proven ability to utilize software & systems to maintain data
- Effective skills in Microsoft excel with the ability to use formulas, look ups, table organization for data maintenance
- Self-motivated with the ability to seek direction and assistance as required
- Effective oral and written communications skills

Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 3:30 pm
