**Job description**

As an Administrative Assistant with a focus on event planning, paperwork organization, newsletter writing, and home staging assistance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Realtor. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient execution of various administrative tasks while contributing to the overall success of the assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including client appreciation and promotional events.
Research and source venues, vendors, and other event-related services to ensure a seamless event experience.
Assist in managing event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure events are delivered within specified parameters.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Paperwork Organization:
Manage and organize physical and digital paperwork, including contracts, invoices, client files, and project documents.
Implement efficient filing systems to enable easy access and retrieval of important information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to document retention and data protection.

Newsletter Writing and Sending:
Create engaging and informative newsletters for clients.
Create and develop visually appealing and impactful newsletters.

Home Staging Support:
Assist in preparing homes for staging, ensuring they are visually appealing and presentable to potential buyers.
Organize and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to enhance the overall ambiance and appeal of staged homes.
Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of required items for various projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or related role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for newsletters and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and precision in paperwork management and event planning.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative to solve problems and support the team.
