Sales Manager

Our Sales Manager is dynamic, self-driven and results-oriented. Needs to be a natural leader for our team of Account Managers to ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Team Management**:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales expansion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set realistic sales targets and objectives.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Work closely with Account Managers to develop customized solutions and address client concerns effectively.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to track progress towards targets.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to individual team members.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to the sales director.
- **Process Improvement and Optimization**:
- Continuously assess and refine sales processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales cycle and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management of a team of 5 or more, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- 8+ years of experience is sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems (Salesforce),, and MS Office (Google Docs).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
