**Job Summary**

*9 month maternity leave position, with option to create new role as director of operations permanently

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Help with offer preparation, listing preparation and buyer preparation
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- File and organize documents, both physically and electronically
- Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete tasks efficiently
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist Client Care and Customer Support duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including google operating systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service practices
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is a plus
- Previous experience as a real estate admin is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
