The Administrator Team is recognized as an essential group within our Fir m that allows daily operations to run efficiently. We are searching for an Executive Assistant that is passionate about processes and operations.

Prasad & Company LLP provides essential services to a varying array of businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and personal clients. Prasad & Company LLP thrives on a family-style boutique practice which allow partners, managers, and staff alike to work closely with clients in a full range of services including business advisory, assurance, tax preparation, and estate and business succession planning.

Joining a team of 6 administrators ensures that support and efficient training is provided. Our administrators oversee documentation, billing, reporting, printing, and all administrative tasks requested by our Assurance, Tax, and Bookkeeping Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Revise and edit template proposals, engagement letters, and/or formal letters including Partner/Manager notes.
- Attend scheduled in-person or virtual meetings and take meeting minutes. Circulate meeting minutes to all attendees with action points.
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaise with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Perform various due diligence research to provide guidance/recommendations to management where required.
- Create presentations for staff, client, and vendor meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Develop and maintain a highly professional rapport with clients.
- Provide scheduling and administrative support to Partners, and Senior Managers as required.
- Coordinate and maintain Partners, and Senior Managers electronic calendars/schedules, including adding events, making travel arrangements, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings.
- Assist with billings.
- Assist with social media content, blogs e-blasts, and mailings as required.
- Sending clients documents and tracking that signed pages are returned. Provide general administrative support with various tasks.

**Requirements**:

- A team player and contributor.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at an accounting or law firm.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Tech savvy - we are always adding new apps and software to streamline processes.
- Deadline and process driven.
- Strong multi-tasking, and organizational.
- Clear, concise, professional, written, and verbal communication is essential.
- High level of attention to detail. A driven professional that is passionate about their work and takes ownership.
