This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a client relation specialist for our Vancouver office. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our customers.

**Key responsibilities of the position include**:

- Service call outbound: Outgoing calls to merchants to generate sales
- Customer service skills to build relationships with vendors.
- Assisting in vendor relationship management
- Administrative work and data entry.
- Investigating accounts for anti-fraud and compliance
- Account management with an inside sales skill set
- Assist with issues and any escalations that may arise.
- assisting merchants with onboarding their accounts and answeringrelated questions
- Liaise between sales, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in managing sales pipelines, from prospecting through to account set up
- Maintain high standards of customer relations and satisfaction.
- Accurately document activities and customer interactions in our CRM
- Strong organizational, planning and creative problem-solving skills
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with independence and good judgment
- The ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in English and French, with diverse groups such as customers, vendors, and officials at all levels
- Positive individual with very good attention to details
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Punctual, professional and reliable
- Creativity, thinking "outside the box", is a plus
- Good references -background check will be required
- Exceptional customer service experience
