**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students regarding admissions, inquiries, and general support.
- Supervise multiple staff including assignment of work, development and evaluation of performance plans and approval of leave.
- Develop, implement and update the administrative framework for the branch ensuring the full scope of administrative services are provided to program staff and provides guidance and problem solving on administrative issues.
- Coordinate financial activities, including budget development and accounts payable.
- Monitor the inventory of supplies, equipment and furniture and orders as required.
- Coordinate office moves and works with facilities management staff regarding space planning, building maintenance services and accommodation requirements.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes by using desktop tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; and drafts replies to routine correspondence.
- Coordinate school events, meetings and appointments as needed, including scheduling rooms, arranging catering and preparing materials.
- Manager systems for efficient records storage, retrieval and archiving.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate or coursework in business or office administration and 3-year related administrative experience; OR
- Secondary School graduation and 4 years related administrative experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
- Experience leading others.

**Preference may be given to applicants with the following**:

- Six or 1 year experience in supervising staff, scheduling staff, allocating work duties, managing employee performance and delivering training and direction.
