As part of our Talent & Culture team, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic business decisions.

About the Role

We're seeking a candidate with a university/college degree or diploma in finance, accounting, management, HR, or equivalent. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in compensation or financial analysis in a multinational environment is required. Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with HRMS compensation applications is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
