Preferred Rehab Physiotherapy - Orthopaedic Centre is looking for an energetic and experienced clinic administrator to provide a professional and positive impact when working with patients in a busy multi-disciplinary clinic.

Position Summary:
What you would do:

- Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and organize patient charts.
- Answer patients’ queries and ensure quality customer service.
- Coordinate a detailed and accurate patient intake and support them in filling medical forms to avoid errors and inaccurate information.
- Process third-party, MVA and WSIB insurance billing and private invoicing.
- Manage receivable and payable accounts.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient interactions and transactions.
