**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including Real Estate signing documents, probate documents and wills.
- Organize and maintain case files..
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence and preparing accounts.
- Collaborate with lawyers to manage appointments and files.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Occasional reception duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal drafting and writing with attention to detail.
- Experience with administrative tasks in a legal environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Real Estate Law process and Estates Law process.
- Experience assisting with the drafting of wills.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written materials.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work together in a small office environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients.

This position requires an 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. A one hour lunch break from 12-1pm is provided. Although the listed wage is $21.00/hour, experience will be considered when determining compensation.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
