OQEG is looking for a Marketing & Media Specialist to support the company in developing and executing integrated campaigns and marketing plans for its brand visibility and a wider audience reach in the company’s target markets in the Asia Pacific region. The individual in this role will assume responsibility that integrates marketing, communications, and media relations.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns to promote the company’s services and products
- Create marketing and promotional contents for social media, web, newsletters, etc.
- Prepare, review and distribute external marketing and promotional materials
- Responsible for all executional aspects of integrated campaigns, including partner selection, audience data usage and targeting recommendations, setup, delivery management, pacing, troubleshooting, analysis and reporting
- Prepare and review reports covering all media channels and performance data, and present findings and best practices to the management team
- Conceptualize, plan and coordinate marketing events, including conferences, meetings and presentations, outreach and promotion programs, to attract and engage client base
- Participate in building corporate communications and relationships with clients, business partners, media, and other stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, public/media relations, communications, or a combination of all
- Strong experience in social media marketing, including social media writing, strategy development, and digital communications content management
- Good knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and content management systems, as well as social media platforms such as WeChat and TikTok
- Ability and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
- Excellent English reading, written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Asian languages would be a strong asset
- Superior interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills

$66,300 to $69,000 per year, based on experience and skills
