We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and boost our online presence. Your expertise in a wide range of digital marketing initiatives will be crucial to our success.

**What You Are Expected to Do**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns, including product launches, advertising, and sponsorships.
- Create, edit, and optimize marketing materials for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Identify and negotiate sponsorship agreements to enhance our brand's visibility and reach.
- Evaluate existing marketing materials and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies, incorporating insights into campaigns. Monitor and enhance SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to manage the company's public image effectively.
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on various social media platforms for promotional activities.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts by executing successful advertising campaigns.
- Manage and contribute to the company's social media presence, driving engagement and brand loyalty.
- Creating engaging and innovative social media content encompassing various formats such as graphics, text, and videos to ensure diversity and interactivity.
- Crafting and editing posts, tweets, blogs, and other content on social media platforms based on brand identity and positioning, ensuring accurate, intriguing, and attention-grabbing message delivery.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or advertising.
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on various digital channels and strategies.
- Proficiency in online analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends, as well as a deep understanding of marketing approaches.
- Familiarity with content management systems, including WordPress, Joomla, and Wix.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand and interpret Japanese and Korean fashion trends, including cosmetic and skincare brands from both countries.

- Exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills to craft compelling content.
- Strong project management experience, ensuring timely and successful campaign execution.

**Mandarin Speaker is Required**

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 1B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Social media management: 2 years (preferred)
