Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for bowling, customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests? If so, then you might be the next great **Front Desk Agent** to join our dynamic team. Our **Front Desk Agents** are the face of Splitsville and know how to make a great first impression by providing exceptional guest care from the moment a visitor walks in.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
- Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience
- Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries
- Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold, cash out procedure as per company policy
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
- Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
- Communicate with shift leaders and managers
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Loves to bowl
- Guest service oriented
- Friendly, energetic, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
