**As an Part - Time - Office Administrator, you will**:
**Maintaining Guest Services and Front Desk Goals**
- First point of contact for all in-person guests and phone conversations at Château Le Jardin Offices
- Manages three business phone lines for Chateau Le Jardin Event Venue, Yo Amo Tacos and Verde Juice Cafe
- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, standards and the expectations of the customers are met on a daily basis.
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Handles complaints, settles disputes, and resolves grievances and conflicts, and/or negotiates with others.
- Maintains constant cleanliness and organization in the office
- Ensures that regular on-going communication is happening with employees to create awareness and communicate expectations from clients as you are the main contact for all clients
- Understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall company’s objectives and manages to achieve or exceed goals.
**Supporting Management of Front Desk Team**
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; good independent decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
- Supervises all areas of the Office in the absence of other staff members
**Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service**
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance and feedback
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Sets a positive example for guest relations.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on quality of service, service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Informs and/or updates the executives, peers and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
- Performs all duties at the Front Desk as necessary.
- Runs Front Desk shifts whenever necessary.
- Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift

- Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
