**Job Description**:
Dentsu International is a growing global marketing collaborative of brands focusing on Media & Performance, Creative, and CXM, meaning there is lots of exciting work, people, and culture We’re currently looking to add a stellar HR Coordinator to join our stellar team.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator will support the HR Business Partners and Director. They will align with our vision of innovating like never-before through possibilities, connectedness, opportunities and commitment to our people and society
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an entry-level role and eager to gain experience on a fast-paced human resources team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and support a people first positive employee environment based on open communication and trust.
- Support HRBP and HR Director with employee relations matters
- Support Inclusive Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.
- Develop HR communications and support employee engagement activities
- Conduct employee information and training sessions and participate in functional team meetings.
- Assist with employee onboarding by working with our technology and operations teams while providing a high-touch experience for new hires.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant talent acquisition, human resources, recruitment operations, or talent development experience, is considered an asset.
- Experience implementing successful fresh, creative approaches to talent acquisition.
- A general affinity for learning new technology and optimizing systems
- Comfortable in a client-centric and collaborative environment
