**Objective**:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist role is to proactively identify our hiring needs and recruit qualified talent using a variety of tools. With the support of our business partners, the TA specialist manages the recruitment process, including talent sourcing. The TA specialist is also responsible for internal communications, including the creation and updating of Intranet communications and employee branding.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent acquisition**:

- Guide and advise managers in the recruitment process.
- Work with hiring managers to determine job requirements (title, job description)
- Post and disseminate positions on various platforms, social media and professional networks (ATS, Career page, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Promote our employer image (social media) and participate in various recruitment events (job fairs, recruitment campaigns, school events, etc.).

**Communication and other responsibilities**:

- Manage, update and modify communications on the international intranet platform with the support of the HR team
- Coordinate and participate with business partners in employee onboarding activities (in-person or virtual onboarding day, onboarding process for all our groups, etc.).
- Support business partners with various tasks

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2 to 3 years' experience in a talent search, recruiting or headhunting position
- Certificate in human resources management or related field
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
- Practical experience with sourcing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Office suite software, including Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English (essential)
