Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1,300 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to add to our team on 12-month contract for our Dorval/Atlantic and Western Canada region. Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and driving the selection of talent to support business needs.

**_What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.

Talent Acquisition attracts, identifies and acquires skilled labor to support business needs and develops strategies for growing the organization's talent pool. Talent Acquisition team evaluates and screens talent using skills assessments, testing and reference checking, and manages internal and external job advertising and posting. Talent Acquisition team also manages relationships with third party recruiting agencies, prospects talent at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions and manages new employee induction.

Responsibilities_**
- Proactively organize and participate in job fairs, both onsite and offsite, to drive diverse talent pool
- Engage with community partners, universities, and colleges
- Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies

**_ Qualifications _**
- Bachelor’s in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in related field, preferred
- Minimum 2 - 3 years recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment highly desired
- Bilingualism (French & English) required
- Experience recruiting for operations, distribution centers, or manufacturing facilities and high volume recruiting strongly preferred
- Ability to work autonomously on ad hoc projects
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), preferred
- Onsite presence is required once per week (Dorval distribution center)
