Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? Brock House Society, a vibrant seniors activity center located at the beautiful Jericho Beach, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Program coordinator. This vital role involves developing, coordinating, and evaluating enriching programs for our members, alongside spearheading our communication efforts.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage and develop programs to engage and enrich the lives of older adults.
- Lead marketing and communication initiatives to promote programs and activities.
- Collaborate with local organizations and the community to address the needs of older adults.
- Manage financial aspects of programming and oversee content creation for our digital platforms.

**Who You Are**:

- A holder of a postgraduate diploma or degree in social work, communications, or related field.
- Have two (2) years of experience working with older adults or diverse populations in a not-for-profit setting.
- Skilled in program and community development, communication, and collaboration.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and financial management software.
- Community-oriented, flexible to handle multiple programs, team-oriented, reliable, and committed to working with Older Adults

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Program management: 2 years (required)
- Community Development: 2 years (required)
- Non-Profit Work: 2 years (required)
- working with older adult: 2 years (preferred)
