Sales Support Specialist

**The Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor sales inquiries in real time using Abell’s CRM and ensure Abell team members are following strict processes and guidelines to maximize sales conversion.
- Follow-up on individuals and teams who are non-complaint and provide performance reporting.
- Coordination and management of all aspects of the contractor prequalification process; Gathering of information to ensure Abell compliance with client’s health and safety expectations.
- Sourcing Abell staff safety training, questionnaires, certifications, manuals, policies, insurance and human resources documentation.
- Training on our sales inquiry processes.
- Management and renewals of customer Accounts Payable portals.
- Performance reporting on activities.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience working with B2B sales teams.
- Experience with contractor prequalification systems would be an asset.
- A background following up on compliance concerns with teams and individuals to ensure high performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, with advanced Excel skills.
- French written and verbal communications is an asset.
