**Location - Vancouver, BC**
**Your role within the team**
Reporting to the Campus Talent Acquisition Team Leader, the individual will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of AtkinsRéalis graduates and interns.
- Manage the entire campus recruiting cycle, from intake to hiring.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and procedures to support hiring managers in achieving their objectives.
- Work with departments to identify their annual hiring targets for graduates and interns.
- Attend career days and industry events to ensure visibility and attract top talent.
- Work with internal partners to develop a distinct image as an employer of choice.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various student associations, create partnerships and organize networking events with them.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, industrial relations, or other related field.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a professional environment, ideally related to recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).

- Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $56,600 - $77,800 annually (Only Applicable to British Columbia). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
